How do I place an order from your Web site?
To purchase products from Pawsitive Expression, simply add the products you are interested in into your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button from any product page. Click "Proceed to Checkout" from the Shopping Cart page in order to begin the checkout process. You'll be required to enter your billing and shipping address, confirm the addresses, then pay for your order via PayPal. Once you've completed the transaction, return to Pawsitive Expression to complete the order.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from your site?
No. A PayPal account is not required.

Is ordering from your Web site safe and secure?
Yes. In fact, any transactions you make are done through PayPal. Pawsitive Expression will have no access to your financial information and only receive confirmation from PayPal that you have completed paying for your order.

Which credit cards and payment methods do you accept?

I received a receipt from PayPal, but didn't receive an invoice from Pawsitive Expression.
After you have finished making your payment, be sure to click the orange "Return to Spike and Stuie, LLC." button from PayPal. This button will return you to our site and complete your order. If you closed your browser after making your payment, while on the PayPal site, or otherwise did not return to Pawsitive Expression, contact us for a copy of your invoice.

I cannot add items to my shopping cart.

Cookies from our Web site do not contain any personal information nor does Pawsitive Expression use any personal information submitted to us for purposes other than to ship you your items or contact you at your request. How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders typically take no more than 3 business days to ship.

All orders are shipped using UPS Ground and take 3-4 days to arrive.
